Does the gift card ever expire?
Never. Per US gift card law and our own policy, balances stay valid forever.
How is the code delivered?
An email with the unique code is sent automatically when the order is paid. If you scheduled a delivery date, it sends on that morning instead.
Can it be used on Mystery Box Club subscriptions?
Yes. Gift card balance applies to the first month of any subscription tier and to one-time purchases alike.
Is it refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable, but the balance can be transferred, just reach out to support.
